Yep - that's us! We're Lisa & Pieter!
We're a South Africa and New Jersey Wedding & Lifestyle Newlywed Husband & Wife Team who love capturing all things love!
We met working on cruise ships, traveled the world together, fell in love, and now are photographing beautiful love stories together!
We absolutely love our Goldendoodle Ollie, traveling to new places, hiking, going to wineries & breweries, making charcuterie boards, & hanging out with our family and friends!
Also we're huge fans of The Office (we've watched it four times already), Arsenal (Pieter is a huge fan), and classic rock-n-roll hits (Lisa is a huge Springsteen fan).

I. connecting with us.
You submit your inquiry form for your special day and boom - you'll receive a response from us within 72 hrs if we have your date available and lots of information about our services! We always recommend that we hop on a call to get to know each other better and on that call, we always recommend to ask as many questions as you'd like - even if it's not wedding related! It's also a great chance for us to get to know the both of you!
II. You booked us to photograph your special day.
You've decided to book us as your wedding photographers - yay! We're so excited! We will send over a proposal & contract and once you sign and pay your non-refundable retainer, you'll be officially on our calendar! From there, we'll send you a list of our preferred vendors, questionnaires to help us plan your engagement session and special day, and every once in a while, we'll check in with the both of you to see how things are going! We're not only here to be your wedding photographer's, we're also here to be a friend during this exciting time!
III. Your Wedding day.
Ah! It's the moment you've both been dreaming of for a long time! With the help of our questionnaires and check-ins, we both have created a detailed wedding day timeline which will help move your day along smoothly. We will be there for you both, capturing your day beautifully, being a guide on your special day, and celebrating every moment with you and your loved ones!
Iv. Delivering your memories.
Within 72 hours, you'll receive a jammed packed gallery of sneak peeks from your special day! Then, 10 weeks after, you'll receive the rest of your photos from us in your online personalized gallery. In this gallery, you can view all of your beautiful photos, share the gallery with your friends & family, and download the photos as many times as you want! We don't place a limit on my downloads and all of the downloads are high resolution - so your photos are nice and crsip!

Where do I even begin? A few years ago, I stumbled upon Lisa’s instagram page and immediately fell in love with her photos. By the time I got engaged, there was no question I had to book her for our wedding (like, two years out). I can’t even put into words how incredible they were to work with. My husband and I never had professional photos done, but during our engagement session, almost immediately we felt comfortable and had an absolute blast. Lisa’s attention to detail and eye for photography is outstanding, and not only that, but she’s an incredible person too. She was so helpful in the planning process, and so willing to extend her hand to make sure everything went the way we wanted it to go. Our wedding day went so smoothly, and it was with the help of her + Pieter’s professionalism and guidance that helped make our day perfect. It is obvious Lisa + Pieter love what they do, and it shows not only just their work, but in their dedication to making sure they capture every beautiful moment of the day.

Although planning a wedding is stressful, I would do it 100 times over if it meant I could book Lisa over and over. Lisa was the only photographer I spoke with in the planning process and from the beginning, I knew she was the right choice. Lisa and Pieter have a more casual and fun aesthetic which is exactly what we wanted for our wedding photos. A few weeks prior to our date, Lisa went over a thorough timeline and shot list with us and was able to accommodate any changes or special requests. She even eased my concerns about the weather since the forecast showed rain. Day of, she showed up early and got started right away. We unfortunately had a rainy day but Lisa was AMAZING at taking advantage of any clear moments to get as many outdoor photos as possible. In our photos you can barely even tell that it was raining. She captured everything perfectly, beyond what we could have imagined, and our bridal party, family and friends all raved about how great she was. She managed to give us a few previews only 12 hours later, and even more previews after a week. When we received our full gallery, we were blown away with how great it was. We had so many people reach out to us telling us how amazing our photos and photographer were and that is such a testament to Lisa’s amazing talent and work. FAQ
How many photos do we receive from our wedding and how long does it take?
You are guaranteed at least 100 digital images/per hour of photo services depending on which package you choose.
All of your images are delivered 10 weeks after your special day.
How are our photos delivered?
You will receive all of your images digitally in your personal online gallery.
What are your travel fees?
We love to travel! There are no travel fees for locations within 2 hours of South Bound Brook, NJ (08880). Locations beyond 2-3 hours are subject to a $400 travel fee. If your wedding is more than 4 hours away from us, we would love to connect to discuss further options!
Do I need an engagement session?
To be honest, I can't answer this question for you because you guys can do whatever you want!
The biggest reason that we offer engagement sessions in all of our packages is because your session gives us the opportunity to meet each other prior to your wedding day! This is something that we find is very helpful when photographing your wedding day.
*The engagement session that is included in our packages cannot be taken out for a discounted package rate.
How do I reserve my wedding date with you?
You're officially good to go once you sign your contract and pay your retainer fee! It's all online and super simple!
